Title

Resolution to rescind Resolution No. R-2008-0195 and to approve the Certified Survey Map for proposed lot consolidation of a single-family residence and vacant lot at 2922 and 29** S. Waukesha Rd., submitted by John Krenz, owner (Tax Key Nos. 521-9931-000 and 521-9930-000).

WHEREAS, on September 16, 2008 Resolution No. R-2008-0195 was adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, approving a Certified Survey Map for proposed lot consolidation of a single-family residence and a vacant lot at 2922 and 29** S. Waukesha Rd., submitted by John Krenz, owner.  (Tax Key Nos. 521-9931-000 and 521-9930-000)

 

WHEREAS, the previous Certified Survey Map (Resolution No. R-2008-0195 adopted September 16, 2008) was not recorded with the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds within the required thirty (30) days of Common Council approval.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. R-2008-0195 adopted by the Common Council of the City of West Allis be rescinded pursuant to Section 12.80(1)(d) of the Revised Municipal Code, and the aforesaid Certified Survey Map be and is hereby placed on file.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land in the Northeast 1/4, the Southeast 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
