Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Ewald Chevrolet for furnishing and delivering one (1) 2011 Chevy Silverado 12,000 GVW Cab & Chassis  for a total sum of $27,078.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a joint proposal through V.A.L.U.E. in Local Gvernment for furnishing one (1) 2011 12,000 GVW Cab & Chassis for the Sanitary Sewer Utility of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Ewald Chevrolet be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by Ewald Chevrolet for furnishing one (1) Chevy Silverado, 12,000 GVW Cab & Chassis for a total net sum of $27,078.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
