Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Bill’s Power Center, Inc. for furnishing and delivering two (2) commercial lawn mowers for the total sum of $30,782.28.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing Division has reported that it has received proposals for commercial lawn mowers for the Public Works Department of the City of West Allis; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Councils deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Bill’s Power Center, Inc. be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated December 9, 2015 submitted by Bill’s Power Center, Inc. for furnishing and delivering two (2) Kubota F2690E, 2-wheel drive, diesel commercial lawn mowers at $15,391.14 for a total net sum of $30,782.28 in accordance with City of West Allis RFQ 3408 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
