WHEREAS, Resolution No. R-2003-0277 was adopted on October 7, 2003, accepting the work of Capitol Pavers, Inc. for street construction in S. 124 St. from W. Oklahoma Ave./W. National Ave. to W. Morgan Ave. and directing payment of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2003 Project No. 15.

WHEREAS, the contract terms should read 2002 for Project No. 15.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Resolution No. R-2003-0277 adopted by the Common Council on October 7, 2003, is amended to read 2002 Project No. 15.
