Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Intergraph Corporation for providing GIS Software Maintenance for a total net sum of $16,986.00.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for furnishing GIS software maintenance for the Information Services Division of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, the Information Services Division has determined that this contract is inappropriate for competitive selection due to a preference for having maintenance performed by the equipment manufacturer; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Intergraph Corporation be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated May 12, 2005 submitted by Intergraph Corporation for furnishing GIS software maintenance for the period June 1, 2005 through May 31, 2006 for the total net sum of $16,986.00 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
