BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Acting City Clerk/Treasurer be and are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the City of West Allis to accept the Perpetual Easements, copies of which are attached hereto, from the Milwaukee Area Technical College, Jonas Family Partnership and WDC/HLP-1205 for constructing, maintaining and improving retaining walls, landscaping and fencing along South 70^th Street Corridor.
