Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 6626 establishing the salary ranges of certain officers and employees in the Fire Department for 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 (amending 2004 and 2005).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Parts IV and V of Salary Ordinance No. 6626 are hereby deleted.

PART II.  The wages and salary ranges for the officers and employees in the Fire Department, commencing January 1, 2004, shall be as listed in Attachment 1 (Schedules R and P).

PART III.  The wages and salary ranges for the officers and employees in the Fire Department, commencing July 1, 2004, shall be as listed in Attachment 2 (Schedules R and P).

PART IV.  The wages and salary ranges for the officers and employees in the Fire Department, commencing January 1, 2005, shall be as listed in Attachment 3 (Schedules R and P).

PART V.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART VI.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2004 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
