Title

Resolution to approve a Bargaining Unit Clarification Stipulation with the Wisconsin Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals, AFT, AFL-CIO.

Body

WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals, AFT, AFL-CIO (Nurses Unit) filed a Bargaining Unit Clarification Petition dated November 11, 2005; and,

WHEREAS, the City and the Nurses Unit have resolved this matter and have agreed upon the terms of the attached Stipulation; and,

WHEREAS, the Administration & Finance Committee has reviewed the Stipulation and is recommending approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached Stipulation between the City and the Nurses Unit be and is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute the aforesaid Stipulation on behalf of the City.
