Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of CDW-G for furnishing and delivering seventy-five (75) office computers for a total sum of $47,250.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received proposals for furnishing and delivering office computers for various departments of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of CDW-G be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated February 20, 2008 submitted by CDW-G for furnishing and delivering seventy-five (75) HP Compaq DC7800 office computers for a total net sum of $47,250.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
