Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the North Side of the East 100 Feet of the 7800 Block of W. Hicks St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Hicks St.

Blocks:  East 100 Feet of the 7800 Block

Side:  North

Restriction:  No Parking 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
