Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Novatime Technology, Inc. for furnishing and delivering Time, Leave & Attendance (TLA) software and hardware for a total sum of $64,932.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for furnishing a TLA Solution for the Information Technology Division of the Department of Administration and Finance of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Novatime Technology, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated October 2, 2013  submitted by NovatimeTechnology, Inc. for furnishing a TLA Solution for a total net sum of $64,932.00 in accordance with City of West Allis RFP 1208 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid system.
