Title

An Ordinance to repeal and recreate Section 2.105(1) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code relative to charges for copies of City records (Clerk/Treasurer's Office).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 2.105(1) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby repealed and recreated as follows:

"2.105  Copies of City Records.

(1)  Charges and Fees.  The City Clerk/Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to charge such charges and fees as outlined in the officially approved Common Council Notice of Public Access to Information and Records."

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
