Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Ruekert & Mielke for furnishing Intergraph GIS software development of expanded police incident mapping for a total sum of $15,400.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for furnishing GIS software development for the Information Services Division of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Ruekert & Mielke be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that Ruekert & Mielke be contracted for Intergraph GeoMedia WebMap software development of expanded police incident mapping for the total net sum of $15,400.00 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
