Title

Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning the properties located at 9005-9029 W. Lincoln Ave., 2307-2331 S. 90th St. and 2320-2330 S. 91 St., from C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and RB-2 Residential District to RC-1 Residential District.

 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

 

PART I.  The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from C-2/Neighborhood Commercial District and RB-2/Residential District to RC-1/Residential District.

 

A tract of land being located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 9, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:

 

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Lot 6 in Block 2 of the Woodland Manor subdivision; thence Westerly, 30.20 feet, to the centerline of South 91st Street; thence Northwesterly, 34.94 feet along the said centerline, curving to the left; thence Northerly, 88.28 feet, along the said centerline, curving to the right; thence Northerly, 55.00 feet, to the centerline of West Lincoln Avenue; thence Easterly, 305.06 feet, along said centerline, to the centerline of South 90th Street, extended; thence Southerly, 83.65 feet along the said centerline, to the point on curve to the left; thence Southeasterly, 80.74 feet along said curve and centerline of the South 90th Street; thence Southwesterly, 15.70 feet, along said centerline to the North right-of-way line of the public alley, extended; thence Westerly, 281.03 feet, to the Point of Beginning.

 

Said land contains 1.225 Acres, more or less.

 

A tract of land being located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 9, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:

 

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Lot 9 in Block 2 of the Woodland Manor subdivision; thence Westerly, 30.00 feet, to the centerline of South 91st Street; thence Northerly, 89.37 feet along the said centerline, to the point on the curve; thence Northwesterly, 66.15 feet, along the said curve, to the North right-of-way line of the public alley extended; thence Easterly, 311.25 feet, along the said North line, to the centerline of South 90th Street and point on curve; thence Southeasterly, 65.35 feet, along said curve and centerline of South 90th Street; thence Southerly, 96.29 feet along the said centerline; thence Westerly, 287.97 feet, to the Point of Beginning.

 

Said land contains 1.128 Acres, more or less.

 

Said land is located at 9005-9029 W. Lincoln Ave., 2307-2331 S. 90 St. and 2320-2330 S. 91 St.:

Said land also contains portions of City right-of-way.

 

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
