Resolution accepting work of Capital Pavers, for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer, utility adjustments and storm underdrain in various alleys in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2003 Project No. 4.

WHEREAS, Capitol Pavers has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer, utility adjustments and storm underdrain in:
1. E/W alley between S. Buchanan Pl., the dead end east, W. Stuth Pl. and W. Beloit Rd.
2. E/W alley between S. Buchanan Pl., S. 72 St., W. Stuth Pl. and W. Beloit Rd.
3. N/S alley between S. 76 St., S. 77 St., W. Greenfield Ave. and W. Orchard St.
4. N/S and E/W alleys between S. 56 St., S. 57 St., W. Lincoln Ave. and W. Hayes Ave.
5. N/S and E/W alleys between S. 57 St., S. 58 St., W. Lincoln Ave. and W. Hayes Ave.
6. N/S and E/W alleys between S. 68 St., S. 69 St., W. Grant St. and W. Lincoln Ave.
7. N/S alley between S. 68 St., S. 69 St., W. Becher St. and W. Grant St.
8. E/W alley between S. 73 St., S. 74 St., W. Lapham St. and W. National Ave.
9. N/S and E/W alleys between S. 65 St., S. 66 St., W. Revere Pl. and W. Beloit Rd.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
