Title

Ordinance to amend the City of West Allis Salary Schedule (most recently amended by O-2017-0045) due to completion of the Classification and Compensation Study Appeals Process.   

 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

 

PART I.  The City of West Allis Salary Schedule (originally adopted on 6/6/17 by R-2017-0157 and amended on 10/3/17 by O-2017-0045) shall be amended as follows:

PART II. Deputy Pay authorized pursuant to Common Council File #1985, on December 20, 1994, is hereby repealed. 

 

PART III.  The results of all appeals shall be kept on file in the Human Resources Department in compliance with record retention policies.

 

Part IV.  Department Heads shall file Personnel Action forms to document changes if applicable.

 

Part V.  All adjustments shall be retroactive to the original adoption (June 3, 2017) of the Salary Schedule related to the Classification and Compensation Study results.

 

Part VI. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART VII. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
