Resolution Granting a Privilege for Encroachment (Minor/Major) to New Owner Audi Investments, LLC for property located at 7546 West Greenfield Avenue (Tax Key No. 440-0442-000).

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 21087, adopted October 18, 1983, the City of West Allis granted to Sidney and Sara Naimon a certain Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of a roof overhang along the entire eighty-five foot West Greenfield Avenue frontage of the building on the property located at 7546 West Greenfield Avenue ("Privilege"); and,
WHEREAS, the property has now changed ownership to Audi Investments, LLC, who desires to retain the Privilege and adding the desire to maintain a minor obstruction consisting of wooden timbers, boulders, and planting beds on that portion of the right-of-way on South 76th Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Allis grants to Audi Investments, LLC the Minor Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of wooden timbers, boulders, and planting beds on that portion of the right-of-way on South 76th Street and also the Major Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of a roof overhang along the entire eighty-five foot West Greenfield Avenue frontage of the building on that portion of the right-of-way on West Greenfield Avenue on the property located at 7546 West Greenfield Avenue, in the City of West Allis, WI. Together, the minor and major obstructions shall be referred to as the "Privilege".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that additional improvements on said area must require prior approval of the Board of Public Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Privilege on behalf of the City of West Allis.
