Title
Resolution approving a Lease Agreement by and between the City of West Allis and 7328 Greenfield Avenue LLC, located at 7326-28 W. Greenfield Avenue, for Parking in the Municipal Lot.
 
Body
WHEREAS, 7328 Greenfield Avenue LLC has an accepted offer to purchase the property at 7326-28 W. Greenfield Avenue (former Quest Building), to open Aggie's Bakery and Cake Shop LLC; and,
 
WHEREAS, the property at 7326-28 W.  Greenfield Avenue does not have any designated parking and in past years, the former property owner had a rental agreement with the City of West Allis that leased eleven (11) spaces within an abutting municipal parking lot; and,
 
WHEREAS, the 7328 Greenfield Avenue LLC, desires to enter into a Lease Agreement, hereby attached, by and between the City of West Allis and 7328 Greenfield Avenue LLC, for said parking stalls.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached Lease Agreement, by and between the City of West Allis and 7328 Greenfield Avenue LLC, for the rental of eleven (11) parking stalls located in the most northerly section of the municipal lot located on the east side of South 74 and north of the east/west alley of West Greenfield Avenue, be and the same is hereby approved.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of West Allis.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and is hereby authorized to make such substantive changes, modifications, additions and deletions to and from the various provisions of the contract, including any and all attachments, exhibits, addendums and amendments, as may be necessary and proper to correct inconsistencies, eliminate ambiguity and otherwise clarify and supplement said provisions to preserve and maintain the general intent thereof, and to prepare and deliver such other and further documents as may be reasonably necessary to complete the transactions contemplated therein.
