Resolution amending the fees for ambulance services provided by the West Allis Fire Department, effective January 1, 2019.
Body
WHEREAS, Section 5.03(7)(a) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code authorizes a fee to be charged whenever an ambulance of the City of West Allis shall convey a person; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted 2018 fees on December 5, 2017, by Resolution No. R-2017-0368; and
WHEREAS, the BLS Service and/or Treatment without Transport-Resident fee will be updated to reflect the fee schedule as amended below:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Basic Life Support ambulance fees are hereby amended and adopted effective January 1, 2019.
