The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.14 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restrictions are established:
Municipal Parking Lot: 76 Northeast
Description: Lots 14 & 15 and the South 20 Feet of Lot 13 & North 4 Feet of Lot 16 Block 10 of Otjen, Pullen and Shenner's Subdivision
Restriction, Rows 1 & 2: 4 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
Restriction, Row 3: 4 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Lease Agreement in effect from January through October.
Municipal Parking Lot: 75 Northwest
Description: Lot 25 and the South 12 Feet of Lot 26, Block 10 of Otjen, Pullen and Shenner's Subdivision
Restriction, Row 1: 4 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
Municipal Parking Lot: 75 Northeast
Description: Lots 15 & 16, Block 9 of Otjen, Pullen and Shenner's Subdivision
Restriction, Row 1: 4 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM. No Permit Parking.
Restriction, Row 2: 4 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.

Restriction, Row 2: Lease Agreement in Effect 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.

Restriction, Row 2: 4 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
