Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning a portion of 1710-12 S. 80 St. and 7920 W. National Ave. to RB-2 Residence District and C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District for the demolition/reconstruction of an existing gas station and convenience store located at 7920 W. National Ave.  (Tax Key Nos. 452-0539-000 and 452-0537-000)

 

Body

PART I.                       The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from a split zone of RB-2 Residence District and C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District to RB-2 Residence District, to-wit:

 

A tract of land in the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:

 

Commencing at the East ¼ corner of said Section 4, thence North 00°27'53” West, 643.88 feet; thence South 74°39'01” West, 1196.50 feet; thence North 00°29'10” West, 113.75 feet, to the Point of Beginning; thence South 89°38'15” West, 50.12 feet, thence North 00°28'58” West, 74.87 feet; thence North 89°38'15” East, 91.14 feet; thence South 00°28'08” East, 74.87 feet; thence South 89°38'15” West, 41.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning.

 

Said land being located at 1710-12 S. 80 St. from a split zone of RB-2 Residence District and C-2 Neighborhood Commercial to RB-2 Residence District.  (Tax Key No. 452-0539-000).

 

PART II.  The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from a split zone of C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and RB-2 Residence District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District, to-wit:

 

A tract of land in the Northeast ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:

 

Commencing at the East ¼ corner of said Section 4, thence North 00°27'53” West, 643.88 feet; thence South 74°39'01” West, 1056.46 feet, to the Point of Beginning; thence, continue, South 74°39'01” West, 140.04 feet; thence North 00°29'10” West, 113.75 feet; thence North 89°38'15” East, 41.00 feet, thence North 00°28'08” West, 74.87 feet; thence North 89°38'15” East, 94.42 feet; thence South 00°27'19” East, 152.41 feet, to the Point of Beginning.

 

Said land being located at 7920 W. National Ave. from a split zone of C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and RB-2 Residence District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.  (Tax Key No. 452-0537-000)

                     

PART III.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART IV.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
