2.52 Tourism Commission Events Committee. The Events Committee shall be responsible for annually planning and implementing community programs and events in the City of West Allis. The Events Committee shall consist of the following members: The Mayor, or their designee, who shall also serve as chair (indefinite term as ex officio). City of West Allis Tourism and Events Coordinator, who shall also serve as Vice Chair (permanent term). One (1) representative of sponsoring and/or contributing organizations (two-year term). One (1) representative of the Downtown West Allis Business Improvement District, or their designee (permanent term). One (1) representative of business (two-year term). At least one (1) or more citizen representatives (two-year term). The Director of the School District Recreation Department, or their designee (permanent term). The City Administrator, or their designee (indefinite term as ex officio).
