Title

Ordinance to adopt parking restrictions on the east side of the 1400 block of S. 94th St. from 200’ south of W. Greenfield Ave. to 250’ south of W. Greenfield Ave.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street: S. 94^th Street

Block: 1400 Block (200’ South of W. Greenfield Ave to 250’ South of W. Greenfield Ave.)

Side: East

Restriction: No Parking Anytime between December 1^st and March 31^st

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
