Resolution to grant a utility easement by the City of West Allis to Everstream GLC Holding Company LLC, to install fiber optic cable to service existing cellular equipment located on the water tank located at S. 116 St. and W. Rogers St.

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis (“City”) has agreed to grant to Everstream GLC Holding Company LLC (“Everstream”), a utility easement (“easement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, on the property located in the City and legally described in Exhibit “A” of the easement; and,
WHEREAS, the purpose of this easement is to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate, and remove an underground fiber optic cable and any necessary appurtenant equipment to serve the parcel leased to T-Mobile Central LLC. All improvements shall be located below grade.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:
1) The utility easement between the City of West Allis and Everstream GLC Holding Company LLC, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is hereby accepted and approved.
2) The Mayor and the City Administrator be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the attached utility easement on behalf of the City of West Allis.
