Title

Ordinance to adopt parking restrictions on the north side of W. Greenfield Ave. from S. 77 St. to S. 83 St. 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street: W. Greenfield Avenue

Block: 7700 Block to the 8300 block

Side: North

Restriction: No Parking, 7am-530pm, Except Sat, Sun & Holidays.  No Parking During State Fair

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
