Title

Ordinance to rescind parking restrictions on the south side of W. Schlinger Ave. from 80’ West of S. 90^th St. to S. 90^th St. 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is removed:

Street: W. Schlinger Avenue

Block: 80’ West of South 90^th Street to South 90^th Street

Side: West

Restriction: Remove No Parking Sign, 8am-5pm, M-F

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
