Title

Ordinance to adopt parking restrictions on both sides of W. Maple St., from S. 89 St. to the west to the Hansen Labs property gate

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street: W. Maple Street

Block: S. 89^th Street to the west to Hansen Labs Property Gate

Side: Both

Restriction: No Parking, Anytime

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
