WHEREAS, Visu-Sewer, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Visu-Sewer, Inc. - 2018 Project No. 15
for the sanitary sewer lining, sanitary sewer spot lining, sanitary sewer grouting and storm sewer lining in:
Various Locations within the City of West Allis
(PLAN FILE NOS. X-879, X-880, X-881, X-882, X-883, X-884, X-885, X-886, S-1609)
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms for final payment of 2018 Project No. 15 in the amount of $15,520.32 of the $293,496.50 total project cost.
