Title

Resolution Authoring and Directing the City Engineer to Pay for Sanitary Sewer Lateral Repairs at 2034 S. 93 St. in the Total Amount of $5,404.50

Body

WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has a long standing policy of the City’s Responsibility for making repairs to sanitary sewer laterals from the point of connection to the main sanitary sewer line up through the riser connection; and,

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the sanitary sewer lateral at 2034 S 93^rd Street failed at the connection based on field observations.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to make fair payment for the repair work to Robb Fallon in the amount of $5,404.50. Payment to be made from the appropriate Sanitary Sewer Utility account.
