Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to Pay For Sanitary Sewer Lateral Services at 12308 West Euclid Avenue in the amount of $16,799.99.

WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has a long standing policy of the City’s responsibility for making repairs to sanitary sewer laterals from the point of connection to the main sanitary sewer line up through the riser connection; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the sanitary sewer lateral at 12308 West Euclid Avenue failed at the connection with the sanitary sewer main based on field observations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to make fair reimbursement for repair services to Morris Plumbing and their subcontractors in the total amount of $16,799.99.
